Folks, Any suggestions on how to export video from photo booth into i movie 09?

You can select the clip, then click on "iPhoto". It'll add an event to iPhoto.

It should show up in iMovie as iPhoto, and Recent Import, or you can try: Create a new event in iMovie, then drag the clip from Photo Booth to it.

If you've already captured it, can you not drag it from photo booth to iMovie?

It works for photos from photo booth.

There's no problem dragging images from PB, but somehow I can't do the video. I can't recreate the video since the person sadly isn't with us.

I'm able to drag a movie from PB to the desktop, so maybe you can drag it there, then iMovie ...

Thanks, r.j.s. and grt8tfly for your suggestions. I tried them without success. This is frustrating since this is the last element to complete my iMovie project and cannot be duplicated. You guy's and this forum are great. I didn't even get a response on the Apple forum.

can't drag clip from photobooth to i Movie or export anywhere

for some inexplicable reason
can't drag movie clip from photo booth to iMovie
can't even export to facebook
nor can i find iSight in Utilties anymore
have tried the safe reBoot but to no avail
I have in the past been able to do all of the above

Here's one way that worked for me:

From PhotoBooth, I clicked 'email', and mailed it to myself.
From Email, I saved attachment.
The file is then saved as an .mov, which I think can be used in iMovie.

Hope that helped!
Photobooth is fun, but pretty limited in features, I must say! :p
