I am in the process of moving my playlists from Apple Music to Tidal. I use Tidal instead of Apple Music due to it's high resolution CD quality streaming. In addition Tidal has announced future support for MQA and Oppo has just released a Tidal app for their player. I assume that this is a prelude to MQA support on a future Oppo player. The first MQA players have started to appear, Pioneer being the latest.
MQA (Master Quality Authenticated) can take a 192 kHz/24 bit file or even quad rate DSD and reduce it to 1.5 Mbps, without losing any quality. And it can do this with existing lossless file formats such as FLAC. The best article I've found to describe how it performs this magic can be found at:

But back to my question. Soundiiz evidently will allow you to move, export and import playlists between various services (spotify, youtube, radio, soundcloud, deezer, napster) etc. But for Apple Music they want either .m3u, .pls, or .xspf file and I'm not sure where to find 'em.
