iOS Exporting application data off the iPhone

My app captures data that I want the user to be able to import into a spreadsheet tool on their workstation/PC. How can I go about exporting it from my app in some way they can get it off the device easily?

The easiest method is probably to have your app send the data in a text encoded format to the Email app, and have the users email it to themselves. Others really the data through an online web service which can reformat the data into the users desired download format, or let them view it online.
