exporting MP3 from Itunes

Hi, I have searched for this topic..sorry if I missed it somewhere. I edited an audio interview in garageband, exported it to itunes and converted it to an MP3. How can I now export it to my personal website?

Drag it out of iTunes onto the desktop, and then upload it to your website using whatever FTP client that you use.
