I have finally figured out how to edit my photos with Lightroom from iphoto using the 'edit in external editor' feature within iphoto. Now that I have made the changes I would like to see the changes or re-import the photo back into iphoto so I see the corrected photo in iphoto. Does anybody know how to do this? Any advice would be much appreciated.

I don't think Lightroom is really meant to do that, its primary function isn't as a photo editor it's as a photo organiser. I think you'd be better off using Photoshop as an external editor instead of Lightroom.

But, if you have Lightroom, why not drop iPhoto for photo organisation and switch to Lightroom (that's what I did)?
