Can anyone talk me exactly how to do this? I have RunGap installed, and connected to Strava and Health, and its showing the activities from both. But nothing is appearing in Strava. Thank you!

Open RunGap, pull down to refresh activities or use the 3 dots in upper right. Select activity, tap 3 dots, tap Export, select TCX or file type of your choice - personally I export target to Dropbox. Then you can import the activity into whatever running program you use. In your case, just import the file you emailed or saved to Dropbox, etc. into Strava.

Ah, thank you. I thought it was all happening via the Health app. Ie Workout app writes data to Health, and other apps could read the data from Health.

It’s the old thing of different apps doing 80% of what you would like. The Workouts one looks better as it has more workout options like gym stuff, but the Strava iPhone app shows nice little summaries and route maps.

Although I’ve just been looking at the UA Record app, which looks pretty good on the watch and the phone. The Workout Summary on it is really nicely laid out and clear.

You can just do “share” instead of “export” and it will post to Strava directly. :)
