Expose "All Windows" not working

Normally, when I do a four-finger down swipe or press fn+f9 all open windows are shown on the screen together. Lately, when I do either the screen darkens around the edges forming a sort of tunnel view but only shows the window I'm currently viewing. The others stay hidden.

Sometimes when I restart the computer it works again. But, it usually reverts shortly thereafter.

All Windows not working either

I'm having the exact same problem. My mousewheel and top-right corner are set to activate All Windows, and I just get a grey radial gradient with the windows staying stubbornly in place.

Anyone got any ideas why this is?

Fixed

Type killall Dock into the Terminal. This resets the dock and problem solved.

killall dock fixed this for me.
just gotta remember that terminal commands are case sensitive.
