Very strange indeed... does this occur with all applications or just Safari? I would give Apple a call and see what they think of it.

so far only safari..it goes away if i resize the window but if i relaunch safari it comes back..

wow, i don't know about you, but if that was happening to me it would annoy me so much...

maybe what you should do is re-instal safari from the OSX disk that comes with the computer.

I think its somthing to do with MacBook graphics card, cover flow doesn't render the arrows properly on the MacBook.

was there a flash anything running on the page. i've seen safari render funkyness from flash before.

there was no flash i think..and i also found another app that display the same thing..itunes..hmm i think its only apple's application thats is affected.

The same thing has happens to me on my MacBook. I've seen it do that with Safari, Firefox download window and some other random windows/applications. Didn't ever give it much thought, though.

So I guess you are not alone...

im using a macbook Core 2 duo 2Ghz, 10.4.9, 1gb ram
also noticed the bug in 10.4.8 which was already on the macbook when i bought it.im not really annoyed about it..but i was just wondering if anyone else was having it too..
