Hey guys, I was wondering if it is possible to set an express 34 SSD as a startup disk on a new MBP. In theory, I would pop in a 32 gb SSD card and set the startup disk to that. Please let me know if I am completely wrong, since I don't have much experience with express slots! :D

Heres what I was thinking of: http://www.transcendusa.com/Products/ModDetail.asp?ModNo=162&SpNo=-99&LangNo=0

First off you can't boot off ExpressCard on a Mac.

That said, those SSDs are really just crappy CF cards that are slow as hell.
