Express Replacement Advice

Can anyone advise how I go about getting an express replacement? I'm having some battery issues.

Also, I purchased my S4 SS while in the USA but I now live in the UK. If I do an express replacement will I get a US version as the replacement or will it be a UK version.

The best way is to do a chat with Apple in the Apple support app - much better than calling. Not sure if they would replace it with a UK one but you could at least ask.

Thanks. Did that - they said that I'd have to go into a store anyway to get my replacement I'd only be eligible for a express replacement by mail if I was back in the US. I'm now waiting for apple stores to open in the UK
