I just got a bill for a violation on E470 an I-25

I do not recall being in Denver on May 18, when the violation took place

Is this a mail scam? It wants me to pay on expresstoll.com

I use my nuvi for navigation and have toll roads to avoid

Is there a chance they misread my numbers as I certainly don't take toll roads unless absolutely necessary. The statement just has my license plate but no photo or description of the car

Thanks

Usually you can dispute it right on the website. I'd try that first. Don't know if I'd think it was a scam.

Both legit and resolvable.

Darn straight!

Glad that you got it resolved. This is almost as good as my wife having funds withdrawn from her account by someone due to the bank teller's fat fingers. The manual data entry never was, and likely never will be, perfect.

I used the toll to bypass Denver in the truck, once. It cost me $40. If it cost half as much I would have used it every time. I guess they like all the trucks going right through the city, oh well.
