Anyone had any luck using an expresscard parallel port adaptor with anything other than a an actual printer? For instance, newegg has this one:

The reason I ask is because I need to program a Xilinx CPLD using their Parallel port to JTAG adaptor. I suspect they do some low-level bit banging which the express card wouldn't support, but thought I would ask anyway. If needed, I can dig out my old dell laptop running windows 98 🙂
