Ext displays arrangement changes whenever I wake MBP

I have a 14" MBP M1 with 2 ext monitors (Dell and LG) connected via an OWC 5 Port Thunderbolt hub. I set arrangement of the 3 monitors but whenever I awaken the MBP from sleep, the arrangement of the displays resets to some crazy set-up and I need to go in and reset it.

Prelim research said to delete contents of LaunchDaemons folder to correct, but no luck.

Any ideas? 3rd party app? Running Sequoia 15.7.3

As a test, connect both directly to the laptop and see if the problem persists. If it doesn’t, it’s your hub.

There was a very long discussion on this subject some time ago here, I can't remember the exact title or what the resolution (no pun intended) was, but it might be worth looking for it.
