Hello. I want to watch and backup my Blu Rays onto my iMac. Is there any relatively cheap external Blu Ray drive that anyone can recommend? I won't be burning any discs so I just need one that can read them. I searched around a little bit but I'm not sure on which brands are better, decent prices to expect, etc., so any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Here's a thread I replied to a little while back on this same subject:

I'll go on to add that I still recommend the cheaper Blu Ray drive, but since the Asus drive has come down in price, I'd recommend that one very highly.

It's now sitting at $79.99 before the $20 rebate. I personally own this drive and can say the read speeds are very very good for the price, even without the rebate. Plus, it has a brand name attached to it, whereas the other one is a little questionable.
