Hey everyone I need a camera for a 1.8ghz, (obviously pre-iSight) G5 iMac. Should I look at an iSight on Ebay (even though they seem to be pretty expensive) or look at some other company (logitech maybe?). If I go with a different brand, what features should I look for. I am looking to use this to iChat with a MBP with a built in isight. I would like it to be easy to use because its for my padre and he can use a computer, but not computer savvy.

thanks for the help

I'd say that one of the most economical ways of adding a camera to a PPC Mac would actually be the XBOX Live camera, you can get it for $40 and it works great, but any camera that is Vista capable will run on OS X with the 10.4.9 update. If you really want an iSight be prepared to pay a premium.
