External display for old macbook pro

Hi! I have been looking for an external display for my MBP 13" early 2011. The maximum supported external display resolution is 2560x1440. I tried a 4K monitor, surprisingly with a miniDP to DP cable, the display worked, but with only 30 hz refresh freq, which made my eyes uncomfortable. I am looking for an external monitor that can have 2560x1440 resolution at 60 hz (NOT 30 hz) for MBP 13" early 2011. Has anyone successfully found such a monitor? Could you share the information about your monitor?

Pretty much any one will work. I have a Dell and Acer, one uses minidp the other uses minidp to hdmi they both work fine even on my 2009 mac

I'd look at the Dell 25 inch QHD - I'm using one right now.
