External display keeps waking up (MBP M2 with LG monitor)

Has anyone else seen something similar and perhaps found a reason why this is happening?

• MacBookPro M2 10/16GB/1TB 14".
• LG 34WL850-W.
• The MBP is connected to the LG monitor via USB-C with power delivery.
• The LG has two connected USB-A devices, an Logitech C920 webcam and an Apple A1243 keyboard.
• I also have an Apple A1330 trackpad connected via Bluetooth.
• I have Lower Power enabled on both power and battery.
• I have Wake For Network Access turned off.
• I have a few applications open such as PyCharm and Safari, nothing running in the background.
• I have Amphetamine running but not turned on.
• The webcam is not in use.
• I use cmd+ctrl+Q to lock the Mac followed by hitting esc to turn both screens off.
• I have the MBP screen always open, so am not using clamshell mode.

Now every 15-20 minutes or so, the display briefly turns on, but shows nothing and after about 10 seconds goes back to power save. I have timed the intervals manually and it was approximately 18:35, 18:45, and 16:05 for the first 3 times after locking the Mac.
