Hello everyone,

I 'm thinking about swapping my old tv against a good quality screen , allowing me to use my ps4 , my tv box and also my Macbook Retina 12" 2016.
I got a little information on the Internet and interested in a screen like this : http://www.lesnumeriques.com/moniteur-ecran-lcd/aoc-q3277pqu-p28013/test.html

My question is this: my Macbook , with the Apple USB Adapter USB-C to HDMI, will be fully compatible ? I ask this because I have seen articles explaining that he could be restrained in some 30 Herz 4k screens , which apparently is not terrible . But as this screen is only 2k , is that I may have issues ?

Thank you in advance for your comments and advice

That monitor will work perfectly fine with the MacBook via the Apple HDMI adaptor. 2560x1440 at 60 Hz isn't an issue.

Perhaps also consider the Dell UltraSharp U2715H.

(2K is commonly defined as 2048x1080. The resolution of these monitors is quite a bit higher than 2K and is called "1440p".)
