I'm trying to connect to my 27GX790A-B monitor to my Macbook Air M5, however, I've been experiencing some troubles. So far I've been using two adapters/cables:

Ugreen UsbC - HDMI 48Gbps

CableMatters - USB to 8k HDMI 48Gbps PD 140w

Ugreen let's me connect my display, but it's locked to 2k60z. When I try to switch to 120-144-240-480hz, the display just turns off, and it keeps plugin/unpluggin from the Mac.

CableMatters won't even show something on screen.

However, if use another display, it seems to work, but I just tried a 1080p60hz Display.

Any suggestions?
