I just purchased a 13" MacBook Pro. When I attempt to use a TV as an external display, I get a flickering blue screen on my MacBook, and absolutely NOTHING on the television. I am using a Moshi adapter that I purchased from the Apple Store. Despite HOURS on the phone with tech support, I can't get this to work. I know neither the adapter nor the cable are defective. Does anyone have a solution?

How do you know that those arent defective? If you are 100% sure take all your stuff to Apple Store and ask to sort it out or replace it, better get it done while on a warranty. IF Im right first 7 days u can get new one.
