My Mac Book Pro (newest generation) is unable to detect external displays now. I have been using a DVI adapter to VGA cable for some time with no problem. The VGA cable is fine as i have tested it on a different computer. I have not tested the DVI adapter since I do not have access to another MacBook at this time. I ran the hardware diagnostics on the install discs but no problems were discovered. Any suggestions?
