Has anyone tried using an external GPU through USB-C on the new MacBook Pro with TouchBar to know if it works? Would be great if we could use a much more powerful GPU with these new MacBook Pros for Gaming if wanted.

I saw a few but it cost way too much. I forgot the brand but the chassis itself if it works is $400+. And the card is another $200+. I can get a gaming desktop for that price.

More expensive that $400, and some say its just a repackaging of another 3GPU but I know people that have it and it has solid OSX driver support ... https://bizon-tech.com/us/bizonbox3-egpu.html/ so I'm more inclined to go this direction than an eGPU box that should work with OSX and graphics cards but is more meant for storage or other cards.

EDIT: I should state I know people with the 2 and 2S but nobody with the 3 yet.
