couple of mates and I were chatting the other day - one has a Maxtor that I think he said he paid AUD$300 and something...
and the other (can't remember the brand) had a 200GB just under $300.
Harris Technology have Maxtor 250GB at $462, and LaCie - lots of options...
250GB ranges from $499 - $562 I think.
LaCie have different models so looked like I might have to do some more homework. Neither of my Mac1 shops had any stock last week - so maybe I should look for alternative sellers.
