Hello everyone.
I just purchased a refurb retina Macbook Pro 15". I'm looking for an external hard drive for a Lightroom library. Not sure what drive would be good. I'm on a budget up to $200. Looking for something between 1TB - 2TB. Not sure if USB 3.0 or Thunderbolt would make a difference. Preferably drive should be 7200 RPM. If you have any suggestions I would greatly appreciate your help! Thank you so much in advance!

Thanks!
Do you think there would be a big speed difference between the one you linked first and the 7200 rpm drives?

Yes, there would be a difference. If you find one you would like to buy, you should tell me because some brands are better than others. How big is your Lightroom library?
