I want a good external hard drive for my Macbook Pro and was wondering if any of you could recommend me one, or if there are any good deals about. I am looking for one that is FireWire 800 compatible and 1TB in disc space. Thank you! :D

edit: I was looking at the Western Digital My Book Studio II. Is this a good external drive? It seems to be the most promising but then I just read a review on Amazon.com saying it isn't good for intel Macs? :/

I have been using Hammer HP1100-500, Seagate and some no-name external from Ebay. All three work just fine without any problems since 2008. I use Hammer to store my photo library so its being used quite often. Seagate is doing great with heavy daily usage for WD Live HD media player.
Im curious to see the feedback because Im looking for another reliable external to backup my backup...just in case.
