External Hard Drive question for my MBP

I need suggestions on a good (transportable) external HDD for my Macbook Pro (preferably firewire enabled). Something that is 500GB+

OWC's On-the-go is pretty good, up to 1TB and triple interface

G-Tech, G-Drive Mini 500GB 7200rpm are amazing and so small. Firewire 800 interface also!
