External HD - Compatible with Time Machine?

I just wanted to make sure if I buy this HD which looks like a good deal, especially with the storage of 2TB that it will work fine with Time Machine?

I havent used that drive - But should work just fine!

I picked up a 2TB USB3.0 drive for £44 last week (thanks to UKhotdeals) and it works a treat with TM.
