Hey everybody. This is my first time posting and I'm really hoping someone out there will be able to help.

I'm using a new MBP 10.6.5, 2.4 Ghz Intel i5, 15'' hd screen.
The problem is a Western Digital Elements external 2tb hard drive connected via usb will suddenly no longer mount. The HD is basically my working drive for all my video/audio etc files, for editing on FCP 7.
I've had absolutely no problems until today. I connected the drive and although I see a light flickering, the disc just won't mount. I've tried looking for it through "Disk Warrior" and "Disk Utility" to no avail. I've restarted my computer a couple times and have tried other external drives in the different usb connections and they all mount just fine.
Any thoughts, tricks, ideas?
I really hope she's not dead seeing as I bought her only in August of last year.
