I'm wondering if this is possible, because I could have sworn I heard it once, but I'm not sure how to go about it.
I have an external hard drive that's hooked up to my Airport Extreme. While I'm at home, on my home network - everything's fine. I can access all of the files located on the drive on both my Mac mini and my MacBook Pro.
I heard once that if you have MobileMe, you can make it so that same networked hard drive can be accessed - not just on your home network, but on any network. Something like, MobileMe is the service that allows you to view your networked hard drive on the cloud?
I hope I'm making sense, if not - can someone please point me in the right direction?
THANKS IN ADVANCE! 😱
Linda
