Yes, I know the Touch doesn't have bluetooth. What I'm wondering is if some clever hacker has managed to somehow hook up an external keyboard to the Touch... that would be super awesome!

Sometimes when I'm out and about I need to take notes, but like 2-3 page long notes. I know you can sort of bumble your way through a short paragraph on the Touch screen, but I'm sure that's impractical for 2-3 pages. I don't want to spring for the Air, and other netbooks are too big. The Touch would be perfect with one of those superthin rollable keyboards you can carry around. Man that would rule.

Anyone heard of anything like that... please

I too would like to see this. Unfortunately, it does not yet exist.

However, considering how many people want this, someone has GOT to make a Touch keyboard sometime.

OK, thanks. I guess it's time to give up. I'll just cry in my beer now. :(

I was SOOO sure when the iPod/iPhone SDK and app store were announced that a keyboard would be on the market before the end of the summer.

    I was SOOOO wrong. :(
