external monitor for macbook pro 13

Hi,

looking for an external monitor for my macbook pro 13 (mid 2009),
that looks equal to the MBP screen.
I dont need webcam/mic/speakers just a plain screen 21-24".
Ive got a old Samsung 21" now but its night and day difference
so I rather use the small 13" on MBP.

anyone got any recommendations for what to buy?
