Hey guys I was wondering if I could get a external 256gb ssd .partition it in half and have a boot camp and maverick osx on it? I know one OS is possible. Another question is, if this was possible my internal imac 1tb drive I could partition it so that it will show up as a "storage" device when I'm booting my OS from the ssd right? Just like a secondary storage disk under my computers or something?

There is no problem. I installed 2 system on the external hard drive Lacie Little Big Disk Thunderbolt SSD using Carbon Copy Cloner on the first day of inclusion of the new iMac

How did you get Windows to boot from the Little Big Disk Thunderbolt?

I have been unable to do so (although LaCie doesn't claim Windows compatibility with the LBD).

Edit: Oh, I see that LaCie has recently added Windows compatibility and provides a driver download. :) How does that permit booting from Windows (before the driver is loaded)?
