Apps external testing approval time

hi all,
any ideas what an approximate time might be for a twos app to go from approved for internal testing to approval for external (beta) testing?

My last update was a couple of days for beta review. Normally it's ~1 day but I've seen reports of up to a week or so recently 🙁
