I presume they put in the Green drives so the enclosure doesn't need a cooling fan - it is ultra quiet.

That makes sense, but for a thunderbolt drive, it has to be one of the slowest RAID0 ones ever made.

matreya - you maybe right about that. But the density of the data, that possible to compensate for the slower RPM..Don't you think?

BTW confirmed with DATOptic's engineer, my T12-S6.TB2 from DATOptic can be upgrade to Thunderbolt 3 in future
