External WD hard drive USB/FW 500G problem

My external hard drive do not show on desktop anymore and can not be accessed normally. I have tried first aid (verified and repair) it says no problems with it. Its Mac OSX (Jornaled) formatted. Neither USB or FW help me. Does any one knows solution to this problem?
