Hi Guys,

When I go running I use the native Apple Workout app....my only problem with this app is that it seems to gather a lot of data from my workouts but there doesn't seem to be a way to review all that data and check your progress...That seems pretty pointless...

Does anyone know another app that can read data from Apple's native Workout app?

Exercise Pulse graphs your workout for heart rate during the workout. Does trending as well.

there's no such app as "Exercise Pulse".....I searched the app store

Search for sleep pulse because it is the same developer. This is what it does in case you like it.

This app works well. It allows you to export run data from the AW Workout app to a TCX file which can then be imported into Strava, Garmin Connect, Training Peaks, etc. From there you can look at your HR chart/data, cadence, pace, etc.

The only downside is that you have to use iTunes to export the TCX file to your PC.
