    hello guys.

i need to extract email addresses from some of the folders i created in outlook 2011. every folder has a specific topic, so i don't want to extract "all" email addresses at once and mixing them up, but just those which i put in specific folders. i can't do it manually because some folders contain huge amounts of messages.

it doesn't seem outlook 2011 for mac allows that. is there a software which can do it? any other way?

    thanx

Outlook 2011 for Mac has a "suggested contacts" group, that gets its information from email addresses that you've sent to.
I don't know if it automatically imports them all at the time you switch it on or not, or whether it works for non-Exchange accounts, but I'd give that a try to start with
