Extreme blue shift on one of my iPhone X devices

So I got another iPhone X, so I can give away my original iPhone X, however this new model has an extreme blue shift, it’s so bad. It’s like icy blue off axis with True Tone enabled. With True Tone disabled it’s so cold in color in contrast to my other iPhone X. My original iPhone X has pretty much no color shift whatsoever. When my original iPhone X goes off axis, it just looks like True Tone disappears and I just see it’s true color. For how icy blue the display is on the new device, can I get this exchanged?

Is truetone on one and not the other?

Depending on where you bought, you should be able to return without issue. If doing it in person I’d take both and try for a no questions asked return before mentioning the screen.

They were both on. After turning it off, it’s even more blue than my original device.

I did, and got a white box and the new one was good.

Oh, did you get a replacement model? Or like a brand new device with a new box?

Update: I just left the Apple Store, they exchanged the devices! They took everything back and gave me an unopened box and luckily it doesn’t have the blue tint. Thank god.
