I am having a problem with my iPod Touch where the "Slide to Power off" screen keeps coming up every few seconds. Even when I press cancel my iPod will immeditaly shut itself off. It's gotten to the point that I cannot even use it. I am positive that the power button isn't stuck or anything and I have no idea what I can do! Please help, I'm getting so close to throwing it out!

Dude, just restore it and see if that works. I had the same problem with my 2G iPod Touch before I upgraded to 4G. What you need to do is restore, and if that does not work, send it into apple and have it fixed or better yet, just get a newer one. It might be cheaper and more worth it.
