I watch tv on my mac using an eyetv antenna. With the built-in tv program guide and four channels that broadcast through the air in my area, I get to see movies that I never had the time to see before. One thing I don't like about eyetv is that it seems to be very tightly integrated with Toast. How would I proceed if I wanted to burn a dvd of a recording without buying Toast?

You can export the EyeTV show to either iDVD or iMovie format and then burn in iDVD. From what I read, iDVD can't handle the file format that EyeTV uses directly.

Hope this helps.
