as far as i know, the app will change your display only with location services on or by manually going into the app

to save battery, i keep my location services off, and manually have to go into my settings --> f.lux

anyone know a better way to do this? a toggle into SBSettings?

I have it on and it turns itself on automatically. I get 6-7 hours of battery life per day. Seems like it only finds your location to see where you are initially. It wouldn't need to run GPS constantly. All it really needs to know is what time it is and when the sun goes down in my location.
