Face ID Safe?

Hello everyone,
I've been using Face ID since friday, and I just thought about the potential health risks that could happen when using Face ID. Does anyone know if using it will harm your eyes, or potentially could give you cancer from those dots constantly shining on your face?
 
I would worry about privacy issue over health issue. Those lasers must be in very low energy to comply with regulations. Also good for battery life.
