Facebook and twitter

I don't get any notifications from Facebook nor twitter. Do they support them for the apple watch ? I can see the twitter app in the icons but not facebook . And if so how do I set them up, please?

Did you resolve this? I just received my new Apple Watch Series 2, and can't seem to find the facebook app anywhere! Can't you get a faccebook-app on the Watch?

there is no dedicated facebook app for the apple watch. you can only receive notifications if you have them turned on your iphone app.

Ah, that must be it then as the poster said below because I added facebook messenger to my iPhone and got the messages, but its funny cos I don't use apple mail . I use the Gmail App and that's not on my Apple Watch neither yet it alerts me.
