Facebook app experiencing background audio usage?

Is anyone still experiencing silent background audio usage from their Facebook app? I know Facebook had it supposedly fixed a few months ago, but when I was checking my battery usage after noticing a considerable battery drop, it showed audio coming from the Facebook app.

I can also hear soft buzzing sounds from the speakers whenever I launch my Facebook app. It should be latest version, version 46.0 released on Dec 17.

Do you have app in-app sounds disabled as well as automatic video playback in the app disabled?

Yup both in-app sounds and automatic video playback disabled. Issue still persists. Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

UPDATE: Tried deleting and reinstalling. Issue still remains. I can still hear soft buzzing coming from the speaker when I hold it near my ear.
