Facebook app icon on iOS 7?

I updated the app but it looks like they kept the same icon. It looks out of place on the iOS 7 home screen.

Can anyone else confirm? The rest of the app looks nice though.

If you can't get it to update, go to the App Store, search Facebook, then select "Update"; this works for me on iOS 6 (not upgrading my 4S, I want to experience iOS 7 on my shiny new 5S this Friday 😛).

I'm betting Apple has disabled update notifications due to their servers being hammered at the moment; I'm not getting any coming through on iOS 6 either.

Hmm. Perhaps try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it? That way you should get the latest version.

Why does it look out of place? I think it's quite minimalist as it is, and the gradient isn't too strong... Maybe it's the colour of the icon? I doubt they'll change that though, as that colour is like, representative of their logo.
