I've had a 15" rMBP now for about a month and been using Chrome for a couple of weeks. I have gfxCardStatus installed and just noticed today that when on Facebook in Chrome it switches to discrete graphics. I didn't think it did this yesterday, but I can't remember. Does this happen with everyone else that uses Chrome?

Yup mine does.
I use Safari most of the time but if you are bother by the fact, use the gfx to make it integrated only.
