Facebook Integration DMG

Where do I find this DMG? Many people have mentioned it in relation to ML DP4 but I didn't see it when I had DP4 installed - not as an update nor part of the system. I logged into my developer account with Apple, went to the OS X ML section and searched the downloads for "Facebook" and did not see any downloads.

Where can I go to download this DMG? Legit/Apple sources only please.
