Facebook Keeps Crashing on both iPhone & iPad

My wife is unable to use Facebook on her phone or iPad. Every time she opens it, it crashes. I have deleted Facebook, signed in, signed out, rebooted, done all these things in many different orders and nothing will fix it. It is happening on both systems. So I tried to log in on my phone and it did the same thing. However, it works on her iMac.

Any idea how to fix this?

Count your blessings, and just use Safari if you feel compelled to use Facebook.

The Facebook app has always been a horrible experience and unstable. They release an update almost every day but they don't tell what they fixed (also strange but that seems to be a new lazy thing for more developers).
The Facebook app currently works on both my iPad mini2 and iPhone 5s running on latest official iOS 10.3.2

There are also third party Facebook apps (e.g. Friendly) and as mentioned earlier you could also access it via Safari.

The UI from Friendly is not the best to be honest and it's more a website based app but it does offer the great option to sort again by good old classic from new to old instead of showing 'popular' messages from friends/family.
