I dont want to share my location with Facebook so I went to Setting>Privacy>Location Services to make sure it was turned off. Funny thing is that the app doesn't show there like the others. I deleted the app, reinstalled, logged in and it asked to use my location. I said "no" and then went back to Location Services. Facebook is still not there. Anyone know what's going on?

I'm already suspicious of Facebook as I've never given it access to my phone book but almost every business contact has shown up in the "Do you know" section even though none of my friends know any of these people. Would Apple let them circumvent our privacy settings?

This is on my LTE iPad. On my iPhone there is a location services option. Don't know why it's not on my iPad.
