Facebook on Big Sur

Facebook uses a lot of Flash. Does that mean if users update to Big Sur they won't be able to fully use Facebook?

I use Facebook to play games. I always have to enable Flash to access the games. If I disable Flash the games won't load. How do I make the games work without Flash?
